CWT activists’ first conference of this year takes place in India

On January 9, a first conference of this year of Change the World Together activists was held in the Indian city of Nasik (Maharashtra). According to Chairman of the Board of CWT Aleksey Muratov, about 500 supporters have joined the movement.

Leaders of CWT briefed the conference participants with the CWT ideology. They also told how the United States with the help of the Federal Reserve System managed economies of other countries and influenced their leaders. ʺIt is important that our supporters are well aware and understand where this global dominance of the US’s dollar comes from, why and what for world financial corporations influence on all spheres of human activity and to what consequences it may lead our planet soon,ʺ Aleksey Muratov said.

Also, he believes that it is important for the activists of Change the World Together not only to warn people about an impending collapse of the world financial system, but also to explain to people what is a way out of this problem. ʺThe most important thing is that we tell our supporters what to do in order not only to protect their assets, but also to avoid dependence on the US’s dollar. The alternative is modern financial technologies, which are becoming more popular in India,ʺ Aleksey Muratov said.

Chairman of the Board of CWT also stated that the Reserve Bank of India (IDRBT) had recently reported the successful completion of tests of blockchain solution developed for local banking system. Studies, where leading scientists, banks and technology partners were involved as consultants, had been pursued for two years.

ʺAccording to developers of the programme, it is the perfect time to introduce blockchain in India due to understanding of all technology aspects, including its basis, benefits of its implementation and multiplicity of application variants. Moreover, the country has adopted a programme aimed at raising youth’s awareness of digital currencies, and the Minister of Finance of India said that the digital currency was a new standard, which the society should accept,ʺ Aleksey Muratov said.
